Thank you so much Hannah it arrived quickly and safely and was well packaged. I got the pink and gold version and it’s stunning it’s so beautiful. The stickers that come with it are a nice touch. There’s so much contents inside which I love. I love how there’s 4 different sections. I love the medication tracker and keeping a check on any symptoms from your medication. You can see how well thought out and beautifully put together this journal is. Very well structured. I really appreciate all the hard work and effort you’ve put into this journal as an anxiety sufferer myself this is really going to help me understand my anxiety better and get to know myself more. I can’t thank you enough for creating this beautiful journal.

Absolutely stunning!!

I just received mine today in the US and I am blown away. The outside is so beautiful, the touches of gold with the pink is just so lovely. But the really incredible part is the inside of this journal. It's got literally everything you could ever need to work through your anxiety. I'm a big journaler and I have purchased many journals and aids in the past for my anxiety and NOTHING comes anywhere close to this. Hannah, you are truly an angel doing hard work. ❤️❤️❤️

I got this journal for my daughter who is 9 and suffering with Anxiety. At first I was a little sceptical thinking it may be a little too old for her, however she absolutely loves it.
I love that I can sit with her and fill it in together daily, and it will help to it give us real structure and focus when having our chats, as she tries to navigate her thoughts and feelings.
The journal itself it’s beautifully put together and from a few bits we have read so far, really helps me to give her guidance into what her feelings mean and how she can combat some of her thoughts.
So glad I decided to take the punt with this. Really looking forward to filling it out. Thank you!
