Fight Anxiety Journal review

I got this for my daughter and it is by far the best journal we have ever found. The attention to detail that has gone into creating it is amazing. It really helps her to be guided in this way to use a journal and knowing it has been written by someone with anxiety adds to it being authentic for her.
